Crowley is fortunate to have had three people who were not only interested in Crowley history, but also had a passion to preserve and share it.
“Playing little league ball at the Rec. Going to Frosto after the games. Riding bikes all over town.
Crowley’s future “expert watchmaker” began his jewelry apprenticeship at the age of 14 in the Shreveport jewelry store of Jim Kelley.
As early as 1908, G.A. Kennedy (1875-1929) and his brother Wilbur A. Kennedy (1872-1938) had a general merchandise store in Rayne.
