DIABETES WELLNESS CLASS

Acadia General Hospital will host a Diabetes Wellness Class from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the hospital's first floor conference room. Informal class will include meal planning, understanding food labels and portion control. Free and open to the public. Snacks will be provided. For more info call 788-6409.
