Maryland Chapel CME Church, 588 Dr. Parrot Ave. in Branch, will celebrate its 149th anniversary at 3 p.m. Guest speaker will be Rev. David Robinson of the Douglas Memorial CME Church in Beaumont, Texas. The event is free and open to the public.
