Rayne all-stars place at Super Regionals

RAYNE - As the 2019 all-star season hits the home-stretch, three Rayne all-star teams remain in the running for a national title.
Girls
The Pinto All-Stars placed second last week during their Super Regional Tournament held in Kaplan and qualified for their Zone National Tournament slated July 17-20 in Youngsville.
Pinto team members are Ava Arceneaux, Ainsley Beckwith, Kassidee Bertrand, Addison Beslin, Madison Boudreaux, Kemayshia Dixon, Ella Dupuis, Malaya Gregory, Riley Lopez, Emma Lopez, Gracie Meyer and Elizah Jane Prejean.
Boys
All-star baseball teams of the 2019 Rayne Recreation Summer Program traveled over the weekend across the state for their Super Regionals.
The Pinto All-Stars completed their Super Regional Tournament in Youngsville over the weekend with a fourth place finish and an invitation to the Pinto Plus World Series to be play July 24-28 in Youngsville.
The Mustang All-Stars traveled to Erath for their Super Regionals. As of press time, the All-Stars were undefeated in the semi-final round of the tournament. With a win, the Mustang All-Stars will travel to Deer Park, Texas for their Zone National Tournament.
The Bronco All-Stars also traveled to Youngsville over the weekend for their Super Regional Tournament. They went 2-2 during tournament play to complete a very successful season.
