Payne is candidate for District 3 Congressman
ABBEVILLE - Lane Payne of Abbeville is today announcing his candidacy for U.S. Congressman, District 3, in the upcoming elections.

The Summer Reading Program’s Grand Finale will feature the Magic of Barry Primeaux Wednesday at the Rice Theater.
