Construction continues on the new Fezzo’s Seafood, Steakhouse and Oyster Bar building along Rice Capital Parkway. The new restaurant will be 8,800 square feet, compared to the 6,000-square-foot facility now opearted just west of the new site. Barring any major weather delays or further disruptions in the supply chain, owners hope to be in operation before the end of the year. Estimated cost of the new investment is close to $3 million.
