Israelite Baptist Church held it’s annual Black History Celebration Sunday, Feb. 26. Members and special guests participated in the program. This year’s theme was “To Raise Awareness and Acknowledge the Accomplishments of African Americans” - Scripture reference Hebrews 12:1. Among those taking part in the program were, from left, Rev. Home Land Civic and Social Club celebrated 25-year Founders Day on Sunday, Feb. 12, at Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church of Crowley. Pastor Sherard M.
