This pile of demolition debris at the corner of North Avenue J and East Front Street in Crowley is indicative of the issue discussed Tuesday night by the Acadia Parish Police Jury. Parish “grapple trucks” will have to make multiple trips to pick up all of the debris at this site.
Demolition debris in a trailer park in Iota will be picked up. Meanwhile, the Acadia Parish Police Jury will revisit its “bulk waste” ordinance so that everyone is on the same page.
